What is something that surprises people about you?

From the time I first met my husband to the day I got married was 8 months! 9 years and 2 boys later and loving it 😊

What are three things you really love?

My family, Color Street, a beautiful day at a park

What is your favorite scripture, talk, quote?

Hymn? The Spirit of God

What is a blessing you have received from membership in the church?

My family

What is something on your bucket list?

To see the Northern Lights

When have you experienced the greatest adrenaline rush?

Having my second boy- his labor was too fast and I had him at home! Phew!

What is the best trip you ever took and why?

Puerto Rico- my family and grandmas are there. Plus, the foooooddd!!

If you could have unlimited storage of one thing, what would it be?

Milk. Feels like I grab a gallon or 2 every time I’m out

If you became an inanimate object what would you be?

A telescope. I love the stars and sky

If you guys didn't notice, on our bulletin board each month we are going to feature a recipe. (There is a brown envelope that holds pintable's to take home!) Because feeding people is hard sometimes and its always good to have tried and true yummy things. But for those who aren't going to church to get a printable, we wanted to make sure there are other ways to access them. This months recipe was given to us by the wonderful Leah Kerr, (whom I could not do my calling without.) The Ultimate Creamy Potato Soup from the blog Sugar Spun Run (I cant post a picture because it is copyrighted but trust me, it looks AMAZING. And I have it on good authority from Cheryl Munger that ALL of her children ate it and loved it.) And here is a link to the printable recipe that I made. Make it and enjoy!

Just the Start

 Hello Sisters! We have been talking as a Presidency about different ways to reach out to you sisters and connect ourselves as a Relief Society for a while and always just seem to go in circles. Thankfully the Lord has blessed me (and you) with inspired counselors who asked, "Are we really reaching out in every way we can?"  I LOVE to write and I have actually been thinking all of COVID that maybe starting a blog for Relief Society would be a thing I could do, but I got self conscious about how I write, whether people would read it etc. But when my counselor said that I thought, "You know what, this is something I e njoy. And even if writing it only brings ME happiness, that's still a good thing." That said, I don't want to be the only one adding content!
